Shipping policy

We will ship your items within 3-4 business days. Items are shipped via untracked lettermail. Please note that we do not have any way of tracking your parcel unless you select and pay for tracked shipping. Upon receiving your shipping notification, please allow up to 10 business days for shipping within canada, and up to 20 business days for shipping in the USA prior to contacting us. Free shipping is available on orders over $150. Free local pickup in Kelowna.
